The purpose of the Bylaws and Resolutions Committee is to keep the FHBA bylaws current.
The decisions and recommendations of the Bylaws and Resolutions Committee are of an advisory nature only and are not binding on FHBA or the FHBA Board of Directors.
The Committee is responsible for keeping the Association Bylaws current; reviewing all proposed Bylaws/Articles of Incorporation amendments, and Board resolutions and making recommendations on all Bylaws-related issues to the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.
The Committee assures that all proposed Bylaws changes, resolutions and recommendations are clearly worded, properly structured and not in violation
