Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) members are invited to learn more about the Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC), the leading certifier of green projects in the state, during a free, informal “Lunch and Learn.”

• FGBC just surpassed 16,000 “Florida Green” projects, solidifying it as the leading certifier of green residential and commercial construction, communities and local governments.
• Builders and developers have found FGBC criteria to be very effective and easy to implement because they are adaptable to unique construction requirements.
• “Florida Green” certification is the only program developed with specific guidelines to address our hot-humid environment, topography and potential natural disasters.
• Dedicated to improving the built environment, our mission is “to lead and promote sustainability with environmental, economic, and social benefits through industry and community outreach, information, regional education and certification programs.”
