FHBA Certified Ratings Program Offers Quick & Easy Registration

Please Note: Due to Hurricane Irma, the two-part webinar has been postponed until September 21 & 22, 2017 from 12:30pm-2:30pm.

Recently, FHBA announced their sponsorship of a new Certified Ratings Program. The Program makes energy code compliance easy for the builder, inspector and the building department. Whether it’s full code calculations, a certified blower door test or a standalone energy inspection, a certificate could be issued for any of those compliance paths. The Program is unique because it relies on the accredited certification programs of UL (Underwriters Laboratories) and Intertek.

Signing up for the Program is a quick and easy process! Those who are interested can become an Accredited Inspector or Accredited Inspection Agency in two easy steps: 1) Sign up and register their company; and 2) Complete the Accredited Inspector onboard training. For more information on the process, please click here.

The next onboard training will be held via a two-part webinar on September 21 & 22, 2017 and is exclusive to approved Program Accredited Inspector applicants. Participants must attend both days from 12:30pm-2:30pm. There is a $225 fee per attendee. To sign up for the webinar, please click here.
