Accessing FHBA's Member-Only Website

NOTE: The FHBA Members Only content area requires an active FHBA membership.

  • Go to member.fhba.com.
  • In the Log-In box, enter your NAHB Personal I.D. number (PIN). Contact your local HBA or FHBA if you do not know your NAHBPersonalID number
  • Enter the default password: fhbamember. (Upon your first log in, the system will ask you to change your password. Select any password of your choice of at least 6 characters.) Next time you log in to the system, use your new, personal password.
  • Click your mouse on the "Sign-in" button

To verify or change your contact information in the FHBA Membership Database:

  • Log onto the FHBA website at www.fhba.com
  • In the top right corner of Home Page, enter your NAHB personal identification number (PIN) and your personal password, then click on “Login”

First-time Users - If this is your first time logging into the “Members Only” area of the FHBA website, use your NAHB PIN and the password “fhbamember” (During your first-time login, the system will ask you to create a personal password to use on all future logins.)

  • Once you are logged into the “Members Only” area, click on “Update Your Profile” in the left column (5 th link from the top)
  • Verify or correct the details in the “Personal Information” and “Business Information” sections.
  • When you have made the necessary corrections, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the “Save Member Information” button.

Members Only Area

In the newly enhanced Members Only area of the FHBA website, members now have the capability to update their personal contact information, search for and contact by email other members, retrieve valuable information to help better manage their business, and review current legal and legislative issues affecting the industry. The reporting options allow access to numerous groups of members and the ability to export the information to a portable document file (Adobe .pdf).

Business Aids

The Business Aids area offers over 20 legal documents that can be downloaded and customized. In the Governmental Affairs area, find summaries of critical issues, building code updates, legislative summaries and bill tracking, and a review of the legal cases currently being litigated by FHBA.

FHBA Policies Area

In the FHBA Polices area, view the Association's bylaws and other governing documents. New area leaders and committee chairs can review duties and responsibilities of their positions in the Committee Guidelines and Job Descriptions areas.
