The award, which is a respected tradition for over forty years, will be presented on Saturday, October 6, 2018, during the FHBA Fall Leadership Conference at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa in Bonita Springs, Florida.
Linder, throughout his volunteer service to the Association, demonstrated on numerous occasions the leadership necessary to make tough decisions and to implement those decision. He was instrumental to the creation and launching of the Political Action Committee’s 1,000 Club. This past year, he worked diligently as Vice Chair of the Florida Home Builders Insurance Company Board to posture the association for future success. He has been instrumental in creating and establishing the Florida Certified Master Builder Program.
“In addition to his homebuilding commitments, Jerry expends a great deal of energy and resources to ensure that FHBA, Northeast Florida Builders Association, and Tallahassee Builders Association are successful,” said Rusty Payton, FHBA CEO/Chief Lobbyist. “We express our sincerest gratitude to him for his dedicated leadership. He is a true leader in the building industry and we applaud him.”
