The Florida Home Builders Association honored Sean Junker, President of Providence Homes, as the recipient of the Paul Joyal Pinnacle Builder Award, a recognition awarded by over 8,000 FHBA members across the state. Selected by a council of industry leaders, the award is presented to a builder member for conducting a high percentage of business with associate members over the span of his or her career.
The award is named after Paul Joyal, a Melbourne home builder and member of the Florida Housing Hall of Fame, who consistently conducted business exclusively with local, state, and national associate members throughout his career. Junker will be presented on Saturday, October 6, 2018, during the FHBA Fall Leadership Conference at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa in Bonita Springs, Florida.
Junker, who serves as a member of the Northeast Florida Builders Association, FHBA and National Association of Home Builders, is committed to work ethic, expectation of quality, and supporting all three associations throughout his business. One hundred percent of Junker’s trade partners are members of the associations. And, should he need a subcontractor that is not a current member, then joining the associations is included in his partnership agreement.
