Since 1947

Established in 1947, FHBA is affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and is the parent organization of 23 local/regional homebuilder associations across the State of Florida. We work to represent the interest of Florida’s homebuilding industry and create the best possible economic and regulatory environment for our members to succeed.

The Florida Home Builders Association is a statewide trade association based in Tallahassee representing thousands of member companies including homebuilders, trade contractors, architects, engineers, designers, suppliers and industry professionals in the homebuilding, multi-family and mixed-use development markets.

Champion the home building industry by serving, protecting, and advancing its interests to ensure quality, attainable housing for all.

Advocate for smart, consistent building codes and promote innovation and excellence in construction practices.

Oppose unnecessary laws and regulations that increase the cost of housing or restrict industry growth.

Collaborate with builders, trade partners, and stakeholders to strengthen and elevate the homebuilding profession.
