On December 3, 2016, the Charlotte-DeSoto Building Industry Association installed the 2017 President, Executive Board Members and Board of Directors.
2017 CDBIA President Patrick Lewis of Sharp Development of SWFL has served on the Charlotte-DeSoto Building Industry Association (CDBIA) board since 2014. Patrick originally joined the CDBIA in 2006. Patrick is a state building contractor, state electrical contractor and a state certified home inspector. Patrick was installed by, Florida Home Builder Association’s Past President and CDBIA Past President Suzanne Graham of Massey Services.
The CDBIA Executive Committee for 2017 is 1st Vice President Jonathan Kapper (Kapper Contracting),Associate Vice President Mellisa Ginn (Presto Air), Treasurer Peter Ide (Vantage Homes), Secretary David Appelo Sr. (Apex Roofmasters), and Immediate Past President Kevin Koch (After a Disaster Restoration 24/7). The Executive Board and Board of Directors was sworn in by Past President of the Florida Home Builders Association and Past President of the CDBIA Jay Carlson (carlson & soforth).
The CDBIA Board of Directors for 2017 are Anna Crapet (Bacon’s Furniture), Jennifer Donovan- Uebelacker (Suncoast Sales), Penny McIlwain (L&W Supply), Blair McVety (Charlotte County Seawalls), TJ Thornberry (Thornberry Custom Builders. The board of directors were installed by Florida Home Builder Association Secretary and CDBIA 2010 President Charlotte County Commissioner Bill Truex (Truex Preferred Construction).
