GOBA Announces 2019 Parade of Homes Winners

The Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA), the authority, educator and promoter of the housing and building industry, announces the winners for the 66th annual Parade of Homes Orlando.

Parade of Homes Orlando was held on May 4-12 and showcased Central Florida’s most inspiring homebuilders and designers. Discover innovations in homebuilding, architectural design, energy efficiency, smart homes, outdoor living and interior style.

Among the highlights of this year’s Parade was the showcase sponsor Meritage Homes and the Pomelo at Hawks Crest featuring a modern elevation and offers an open floor plan with lots of flexibility.
The 2019 Parade of Homes Orlando was sponsored by the following GOBA Member Companies: Meritage Homes, ODC Construction, Ally Building Solutions, Classic Floors, Trustco Bank, Central Kitchen & Bath Design Studio, Aggressive Appliances, MidFlorida Credit Union, Keesee Associates, Orlando Sentinel, 5th Third Bank, and Stone-Mart.

Ralph Ramirez of Sanford, Florida was the lucky winner selected at random from official entries and will receive a cabinet and appliance package valued at $10,000 from Central Kitchen & Bath Design Studio and Aggressive Appliances. Professional design consultants will guide Ramirez to select from Kitchen Craft cabinetry and Sub-Zero/Wolf appliance offerings.

The Parade of Homes entries are categorized by type to include: Remodel, Community, Production Single Family, Production Multi Family, Custom and Design Specialty Showcase and by price. Each entry was judged by building professionals from across Florida and out of state on the quality of craftsmanship, products used, architectural design and much more.

On June 1 the winners in each category were revealed and celebrated at an awards ceremony held at Full Sail Live. Among the many awards given out that evening was the 2019 Grand Awards. Congratulations to 2019 Grand Winners, Central Kitchen & Bath Design Studio – Industrial Moxie(Design Specialty), Phil Kean Design Group – Bianca (Remodel), Mattamy Homes – Hawksmoor(Community), Bellavista Homes – Salerno(Production Multi-Family), WJ Homes – The Brantley (Production Single Family) and Davila Homes – Lakeshore Model(Custom).
