Home Builders & Contractors Association of Brevard Announces New Executive Officer, Josh Clark

The HBCA of Brevard is proud to announce and welcome Josh Clark as its new Executive Officer. Mr. Clark will be responsible for executing association goals and objectives, facilitating membership and being the official advocate of the building industry on behalf of the membership. “Our Board of Directors worked diligently to find the best candidate for the position and Josh fit the bill on all fronts.  We are excited to have him on board and are looking forward to continued growth and success under his leadership.” states Michelle Masline, President of the Board at the HBCA of Brevard

Most recently, Mr. Clark was the Executive Officer of the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas, and prior to joining the HBA in Kansas, he was the Vice President of Government Affairs at the Tidewater Builders Association in Virginia Beach, Va. “I can think of no better industry to serve than one that’s responsible for providing shelter to millions of Americans nationwide” said Clark. With degrees in political science and sociology, an extensive background in Virginia politics, and experience working with several other non-profits, Clark can draw upon a wide-ranging background.

In relocating to Melbourne, FL from Kansas City, KS., Josh will be busy getting acquainted with Brevard County and the local home builders and industry professionals. Josh will also work to further the HBCA’s advocacy efforts with local and state government officials.
