One of our beloved members, Phil Emmer, passed away on Monday. Phil was Builders Association of North Central (BANCF) Florida President in 1966 and remained active in the association until the last couple of years. In 2014, BANCF honored Phil with the BANCF Lifetime Achievement Award for his 60+ years of dedication to the housing industry and our community.
