Lake Mary Local, Tony Martin, Installed as 44th Second Vice President of the Florida Home Builders Association

October 17, 2015 – The Florida Home Builders Association installed Tony Martin as its 44th Second Vice President on Saturday, Oct. 17, 2015, during the FHBA Fall Leadership Conference at the PGA National Resort and Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Martin is President and Broker of Victoria Equities Realty and Management Company in Lake Mary, Florida.
“Tony is business-minded and has a proven track record of success in a declining market,” said Rusty Payton, FHBA CEO/Chief Lobbyist. “He understands the importance of builders and trade partners working together to achieve common goals for the organization. He will take FHBA where it needs to be.”
Martin is a forty-year real estate executive veteran. He is recognized for his successful development of business strategies resulting in lower costs and higher returns to shareholders and stakeholders. He also served as the 2015 FHBA 3rd Vice President and as a member of the Board of Directors. Under his leadership, Martin will effectively further the mission of FHBA – to create a better business environment for the building industry.
