For Immediate Release:
The Florida Home Builders Association honored Gregory Hardwick, owner of Hardwick General Contracting, as its 2019 Remodeler of the Year, a recognition awarded by over 8,000 FHBA members across the state. Selected by a council of industry leaders, the award encourages best practices, expertise, and exceptional leadership qualities in a Florida remodeler.
The award, which is a respected tradition for twenty-six years, will be presented on Friday, October 4, 2019, during the FHBA Fall Leadership Conference at The White Room in St. Augustine, Florida.
Throughout Hardwick’s career, his dedication to outstanding work and stellar contributions to the remodeling industry are evident from his numerous honors and awards. From the Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA), he has been recognized as the Remodeler of the Year, received Major Achievements Awards, and the Pinnacle Builder Award.
Hardwick is an active member in GOBA’s Custom Home & Remodelers Council, often serving as an expert panelist and presenter. He has also served as past president of GOBA, member of FHBA’s Board of Directors, and Director of the National Association of Home Builders.
“FHBA recognizes remodeling of homes and businesses as the leading component in the return of the building industry in Florida,” said Rusty Payton, FHBA CEO/Chief Lobbyist. “Remodelers have helped the business revitalization of our state and we are proud to recognize Gregory for his outstanding career accomplishments.”
Established in 1949, the Florida Home Builders Association is affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and Florida’s local/regional homebuilder associations. FHBA, along with its affiliates, work to create the best possible economic and regulatory environment for members to succeed.
