Florida Housing will hold a workshop on Tuesday, January 26 at 10:00 a.m. to discuss a Request for Applications (RFA) for development of affordable, multifamily housing for Persons with a Disabling Condition and their families, in communities throughout the state. An estimated $2,185,789 of Competitive Housing Credits and an estimated $1,100,000 in grant funding will be made available through this RFA.
The meeting will be available in person at Florida Housing Finance Corporation, 227 N. Bronough Street, 6th Floor Seltzer Room, Tallahassee, Florida. The workshop will also be available by telephone. The instructions for dialing in are posted toย this webpage.
An agenda and a draft RFA will be available prior to the workshop. A webboard announcement will be sent out when these documents are available. The RFA is expected to be issued on Friday, March 4, 2016. Applications are expected to be due on April 7, 2016.
