The Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC), the leading certifier of green projects in the state, has announced finalists for the Annual FGBC Awards. The program recognizes and highlights the tremendous achievements that took place throughout Florida in 2018.
The awards luncheon will be held on Wed. March 6, noon – 2 p.m. at the Doubletree by Hilton Orlando Downtown, 60 S. Ivanhoe Blvd. in Orlando.
FGBC is dedicated to improving the built environment by leading and promoting sustainability with environmental, economic, and social benefits through community outreach, education and certification programs. The awards are an opportunity to spotlight people and projects that epitomizes that mission.
“FGBC continues to grow in the state and lead the industry in innovative projects,” said FGBC President Barry Faske. “Recognizing these members and companies who take such pride in continually producing excellent work in the state’s green built environment and sustainability is always rewarding and we congratulate and thank all of the participants for their dedication.”
