It’s a Wrap for the FBA 2019 Leadership Summit!

It’s a wrap for the FBA 2019 Leadership Summit! With over 60 students and 40 volunteers participating from across the state, students participated in some great activities – from masonry to carpentry, welding to electrical and many other hands-on activities, we had 9 schools participate this year along with 12 Alumni Counselors, 6 teachers and our amazing professionals who volunteered their time to work with these students and encourage them to pursue careers in the construction industry. We are working on the Summit Video and hope to have that available on the website by the end of April. Check out our Facebook page too for lots of awesome photos! The culmination of the event is the presentation of the Team Harper Award Recipients and the Harper Student of Excellence Award. These awards are presented to one student from each team who exemplified the leadership qualities associated with Robert and Amy Harper. The Harper Student of Excellence Award is presented to one of the Team Winners who stood out from the rest when it came to leadership, participation, attitude and willingness to help others. We are so proud of all that our students accomplished this year and can’t wait to see what they’ll accomplish next year! Congratulations to all of our FBA Students!
