Florida Certified Master Builder (FCMB), created to help consumers find a builder they can trust, is proud to announce Frank Severino, of Advanced Home Exteriors, Inc. of Daytona Beach, is now a Florida Certified Master Builders.
Florida Certified Master Builders are elite Home Builders, Remodelers and Commercial Contractors who are dedicated to excellence in building and client satisfaction. The builders who request certification hold themselves to a higher standard than required by the State of Florida for licensure.

Severino is a third-generation member of the Advanced Home Exteriors, Inc. family, and is committed to quality and customer service. His involvement in the construction industry includes serving as the 2019 President of the Volusia Building Industry Association (VBIA), Director of the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA), Director of National Association of Home Builders, and a liaison with the Daytona Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce. Severino has served as Chairman of Volusia County’s Planning & Land Development Regulation Commission and Volusia County’s Affordable Housing Advisory Commission. He has been recognized as a 2008 Young Business Leader, 2017 40 Under 40, has received two FHBA Eagle awards, and VBIA’s 2017 Builder of the Year award.
The State of Florida proudly touts the extreme difficulty with which to obtain a contractor’s license. Once received, builders and remodelers must adhere to the stringent Florida Building Code and receive 14 hours of continuing education every two years in order to maintain their license. FCMB recognizes Florida’s rigorous standard for all contractors, but knows it is not enough to stand out amongst the crowd.
