FHB Insurance Announces Key Executive Changes

FHB Insurance (FHB) announced  that effective September 15, 2016 Leigh Mansfield, Vice President of Underwriting, has accepted another position and is relocating to Tennessee.

Mansfield served FHB for over seven years, where she also worked as interim Chief Executive Officer.

“Leigh was an asset to FHB, as she moved the company forward during many changes in the industry,” said Jim Leach, Chief Executive Officer. “She was a dedicated executive whose commitment to the market was never in doubt. We wish her well.”

FHB is pleased to announce the position of Vice President, Business Development and Underwriting, will be assumed by Jay Williams, CIC, CRM, AAI, AIP, ACSR, effective November 1, 2016. Prior to this date, Williams will immediately serve as a part-time consultant with FHB, as he finalizes current educational/instructor commitments.

Williams is a seasoned insurance executive with 36 years experience. His background includes management of association insurance programs for the Florida Association of Insurance Agents, holding executive positions in agencies and insurance companies. Williams is a well-respected insurance instructor for national insurance programs.
