FHBA Immediate Past President Testifies Florida’s Lien Law

Jeremy Stewart, Immediate Past President of the FHBA,  testified on Wednesday before the House Careers and Competition Subcommittee. The 9 person panel was called together to discuss Florida’s Lien Law. While there was no bill to be discussed before the panel, the subcommittee wanted to find out what problems might exist with the law. The consensus was that while the lien law was complicated and might benefit from some minor changes: the law was working.

FHBA staff was in attendance. And as always Jeremy represented the FHBA well with his testimony and participation. Thanks to Jeremy for a job well done.
