FHB Insurance, National Specialty Insurance Company Unveils Edge

January 5, 2017 – FHB Insurance (FHB), the building industry’s foremost specialized program manager and wholesale broker, today announced it is now binding business with National Specialty Insurance. The arrangement will combine FHB’s expertise in the building industry with National Specialty’s strong capital structure to deliver an exclusive General Liability package for general and artisan contractors.
FHB, through its new initiative with National Specialty, is pleased to unveil Edge; a much anticipated facility for Florida insurance agents. Edge, an A-Rated, Admitted, General Liability Program, will not exclude Faulty Workmanship or Sub-Contractor work for Residential General Contractors, while also providing a market for Artisan Contractors. In addition, Edge will offer many more classes of business including, but not limited to, Mercantile, Hospitality, and Main Street.
