Introducing Business Growth Partners for FHBA Members

We are excited to introduce a new business planning Pilot Program offered by FHBA. It is with a cutting-edge small business growth firm referred to us by multiple state builder associations, including Texas, Colorado, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Iowa, Oklahoma and Virginia.

This company (Business Growth Partners) specializes in helping builders, remodelers and associate members grow, systemize and streamline their businesses, and in the process, help members put considerably more money on the bottom line. They only work with HBA members, and are completely private (meaning, they do not work with the general public); It is what attracted me to their services. They are from the industry and respect the professionalism that HBA membership entails.

To test their service here in Florida, the first 100 member-companies who express interest can have a Business Diagnostic Plan of Actions (BPA) done at no cost; itโ€™s covered 100% by the FHBA, and Growth Partners through this Pilot Program. The BPA is approximately 50 pages long, and looks under the hood of your business very closely (and confidentially), evaluating everything from your marketing & sales results, internal processes & systems, your team, and the overall profitability of your business.

This BPA Creation Process requires you to invest approximately 5 hours of your time over the course of 3-4 weeks as they conduct their analysis and create and deliver your BPA. Your BPA/Strategic Plan will be provided to you at the end of this process and will include a 1.5 hour โ€œde-briefโ€ where they identify and explain their findings to help you get the most out of your business.

Once the team at Growth Partners delivers your BPA, you are under no obligation to purchases services from them. Truth be told, less than 20% of those who go through this BPA process get invited into one of their coaching/mentoring programs. Growth Partners doesnโ€™t want to waste your time (or theirs) if you wouldnโ€™t be able to effectively leverage their services, or if they aren’t confident that they can provide a ROI for you.
