Judy James, Past Second Vice President of FHBA from 2010, passed away Friday, October 13th, 2017, after a long battle with cancer. Ms. James was a land use attorney with a specific focus on Hillsborough County, the City of Tampa and Pasco County. Her experience representing developers, landowners, and builders is well-known and well-regarded due to her extensive knowledge and innovative solutions concerning site review, permitting, analysis of impact fees and establishing concurrency requirements and negotiating proportionate share calculations.
