Refund requests should be submitted by email to Jessica Jackson, FHBA Director of Accounting at jjackson@fhba.com.
Refund requests will be honored as follows:
- Conference and on-line education registration fees will be refunded to the credit card used for payment within 14 days of the receipt of a refund request.
- Refunds for special events requested at least 7 days in advance of the event will be refunded to the credit card used for payment within 14 days of the receipt of a refund request. Refund requests for special events received less than 7 days in advance of the event will not be granted.
- Refund requests for Items purchased from the FHBA store will be granted if the items purchased are returned to 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273 unused within 30 days of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel annual memberships and contribution at any time by written notice to Jessica Jackson, FHBA Director of Accounting.
