Language is added that allows you to contract the timeframe in which certain benchmarks are to be met. For example, Florida law now requires you to apply for a permit within 30 days of receiving a deposit, unless another timeframe is contracted.
Our new Model Contracts prompt you to fill in a time frame that works within your business plan, or the statutory provision that applies.
