Brian Ahmedic
Brian Ahmedic, a native of Southwest Florida for most of his life has dedicated his career towards community development & design advocacy through Architecture. holding a master’s degree in Architecture and Community Design from the University of South Florida (USF) his career focus is to enhance the built environment for the benefit of the community. Currently the President of South Florida Architecture, he also serves as the 2024/2025 President of the American Institute of Architecture – Florida Southwest chapter. Brian’s leadership is rooted in fostering innovation, collaboration, and sustainable design practices within the architectural community.
Nick Patterson
Nick Patterson is a Florida native who is passionate about continuous improvement. A service oriented indivdual, he looks to enrich peoples lives and make the world a better place through a collaborative and open-minded approach with industry professionals. As the Residential Sales Manager of Northstar Technologies, Nick hopes to introduce Northstar’s patened Fiber-Reinforeced Polymer Building System to as many projects as possible. He has a strong belief that this innovative product can positively impact the sustainability of our local community, and provide peace of mind to it’s constituents.
