The current availability of employees within our workforce has reached a critical level. In order to address the existing critical shortage of trained individuals in the building construction and inspection industry and to create an effective plan of attack to overcome this issue, a Workforce Summit will be conducted during the 2016 FHBA Legislative Conference taking place Tuesday, February 9th from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm in Tallahassee, FL.
The summit will consist of two (2) blocks, with the first hour consisting of presentations by the following invited guests: Rep. Keith Perry, a representative from Career Source Florida, and the Executive Director from the Manufactures Association of Florida, Nancy Stephens.
