• The Local Presidents Council will serve in an advisory role to the Board of Directors on all issues affecting the Association and the industry.
• The Council elects its Chair and Vice Chair at the Spring Legislative Conference.
• The Chair must be currently serving as a Local President. The Vice Chair must currently be a Builder Vice President, President-elect, or equivalent officeholder of a Local Association.
• The Council is comprised of the duly-elected Presidents from each Affiliated Local Association.
